What's in your drip
What's actually in your drip.
No mystery bags. Here's a plain-English look at every ingredient we use: what it is, what it does in your body, and why an IV gets it where a pill can't. Every protocol is reviewed by a Board Certified Emergency Physician before it runs.
The short version
Why we deliver it by IV.
When you swallow a vitamin, your gut decides how much you actually get. The answer is usually 'less than the label says.'
Straight to the bloodstream
IV bypasses digestion entirely, so 100% of the dose reaches circulation. No gut, no first-pass loss, no waiting.
Doses a pill can't reach
For nutrients like vitamin C and glutathione, oral absorption caps out fast. IV safely delivers therapeutic amounts a supplement physically can't.
Felt in minutes, not days
Rehydration and nutrient repletion happen during the visit. Most people feel the difference before they leave the chair.
Ingredient by ingredient
The full breakdown.
These are the core ingredients we draw from. Your drip uses the ones that match your goal, never a kitchen sink.
Normal Saline & Electrolytes
- What it is
- A sterile 0.9% sodium-chloride solution: the same balanced salt-and-water mix your blood already runs on. It's the carrier every other ingredient rides in.
- What it does
- Restores blood volume and rehydrates you at the cellular level in minutes, not hours. Proper hydration is what actually moves nutrients, regulates temperature, and clears metabolic waste.
- Why IV beats oral
- When you drink water while dehydrated, your gut absorbs it slowly and you lose a chunk to the bathroom. A liter of saline goes straight into circulation: full rehydration, start to finish, in about 45 minutes.
B-Complex
- What it is
- The full B family (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6), the spark plugs that turn the food you eat into usable cellular energy.
- What it does
- Drives energy production, supports the nervous system, helps form red blood cells, and builds stress resilience. When you're run down, these are often the first thing depleted.
- Why IV beats oral
- Oral B absorption varies wildly and drops fast when you're stressed, ill, or already low. Delivered IV, the full spectrum arrives whole and immediately usable, with no gut bottleneck.
B12 (Methylcobalamin)
- What it is
- The active, body-ready form of vitamin B12, not the cheaper cyanocobalamin your body has to convert first.
- What it does
- Keeps nerve cells healthy, powers red-blood-cell formation, and supports mood and mental clarity. Low B12 shows up as fatigue, brain fog, and tingling.
- Why IV beats oral
- Oral B12 depends on a stomach protein called intrinsic factor that many adults (especially over 50 or on acid reducers) simply don't produce enough of. IV bypasses that gate entirely and delivers a full dose every time.
Vitamin C
- What it is
- A high-dose antioxidant your body can't manufacture on its own. It's essential for immune function, collagen, and defending against free-radical damage from Arizona's intense sun.
- What it does
- Activates immune cells, builds collagen for skin and connective tissue, neutralizes free radicals, and improves iron absorption.
- Why IV beats oral
- Above ~200mg, your gut simply stops absorbing oral vitamin C. The rest is excreted. IV lets us safely deliver therapeutic grams that a pill physically cannot reach.
Magnesium
- What it is
- A mineral involved in more than 300 enzyme reactions. Muscle function, nerve signaling, sleep, and heart rhythm all depend on it.
- What it does
- Relaxes tight muscles, eases cramps, calms the nervous system, and supports deeper sleep and cardiovascular health.
- Why IV beats oral
- Oral magnesium tops out around 35% absorption, and higher doses cause GI upset before they're ever absorbed. IV delivers the full therapeutic amount without the stomach cost.
Calcium
- What it is
- The mineral behind strong bones, but also the trigger for every muscle contraction and nerve signal in your body.
- What it does
- Supports bone density, steady muscle function, nerve transmission, and normal blood clotting. It works hand-in-hand with magnesium to keep muscles firing and relaxing correctly.
- Why IV beats oral
- Oral calcium competes with other minerals for uptake and needs adequate vitamin D and stomach acid to absorb well. Precisely dosed in an IV, it's balanced against magnesium the way your body actually uses it.
Glutathione
- What it is
- Your body's master antioxidant: the molecule at the center of detoxification, cellular defense, and skin health.
- What it does
- Supports the liver's detox pathways, brightens and evens skin tone, defends cells from oxidative stress, and backs up the immune system.
- Why IV beats oral
- Almost none of an oral glutathione dose survives digestion. Stomach acid breaks it apart before it reaches your bloodstream. IV delivers it intact, straight to your cells, which is the only reliable route.
Zinc
- What it is
- A trace mineral that's quietly essential to immune defense, wound healing, and hundreds of enzymatic reactions.
- What it does
- Powers immune-cell function, speeds wound and tissue healing, supports skin, and maintains normal taste and smell.
- Why IV beats oral
- Oral zinc competes with copper and iron for absorption and is easy to under-dose or over-dose. IV gives precise, reliable delivery every session: no guesswork, no GI upset.
NAD+
- What it is
- A coenzyme present in every living cell: the fuel your mitochondria need to convert nutrients into energy. Levels naturally decline with age.
- What it does
- Supports cellular energy production, mental clarity and focus, DNA-repair processes, and recovery. It's the ingredient behind our anti-aging and performance protocols.
- Why IV beats oral
- Oral NAD+ breaks down in the gut before it ever reaches your cells. A slow IV infusion is the only efficient way to raise cellular levels, which is exactly why it's given as a drip.
Amino-Acid Blend
- What it is
- A tailored mix of amino acids, the building blocks your body uses to repair muscle, produce neurotransmitters, and rebuild tissue.
- What it does
- Supports muscle recovery and lean-tissue repair, fuels neurotransmitter production for mood and focus, and speeds bounce-back after training or illness.
- Why IV beats oral
- Dietary protein has to be digested and broken down before your body can use it (a slow, partial process). Free-form amino acids delivered IV are ready to use the moment they arrive.

Vitamin C
A powerful antioxidant your body can't produce on its own. Essential for immune function, collagen, and fighting free-radical damage from Arizona's intense sun.
Swallow it and your gut wastes about 82%. IV puts all of it into your bloodstream.
- Immune system activation
- Collagen production
- Free-radical neutralization
- Iron absorption boost
- Wound healing
How we build a drip
Matched to you, cleared by a physician.
We don't hand you a menu of buzzwords and hope. Every bag is built from a goal and signed off by our medical director.
1 · We start with your goals
Recovery, immunity, energy, hydration, beauty, or performance. Every first-time visitor gets a free telehealth consult with our Board Certified Emergency Physician before anything is mixed.
2 · We build the base, then layer
Every drip starts with a sterile saline base for hydration. From there we layer in the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that match your goal. Nothing more than you need.
3 · A physician reviews every protocol
No bag runs until it's cleared. We screen for pregnancy, kidney and heart conditions, G6PD deficiency, medications, and allergies, because dosing safely is the whole point.
IV vitamin therapy is a wellness service provided under medical supervision. It is not FDA-approved to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and is not a substitute for medical care. Possible side effects include mild bruising or soreness at the IV site, a brief vitamin taste, and transient warmth or flushing; severe reactions are very uncommon. Always disclose your full medical history before treatment.
