Peak Performance Hydration provides wellness IV therapy and related services, reviewed by a Board Certified Emergency Physician.

Appointments & Cancellations
Walk-ins are welcome. Booked appointments may be rescheduled; please give us notice when you can.
Memberships
Memberships bill monthly and can be canceled or paused anytime. Benefits are described on the membership page.
Liability
By receiving treatment you acknowledge the standard risks of IV therapy, which our team will review with you and your physician-approved consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
