FREQUENTLY ASKED

Got Questions?

Do I need an appointment?+
Walk-ins are welcome, but booking ahead guarantees your slot — especially on Saturdays. Call or text (623) 282-1201 or book online.
What happens on my first visit?+
First-timers get a free telemedical consultation with our Board Certified Emergency Physician. She reviews your health history, medications, and goals — then your IV is customized to you. Plan for an extra 15–20 minutes.
How long does a drip take?+
Standard drips run 45–60 minutes. NAD+ runs longer, about 60–90 minutes (infused slowly for your comfort — that's what the massage chairs are for). You can watch TV, work, or just relax.
Does it hurt?+
The IV stick takes seconds. Numbing medication is available on request. September is known specifically for painless placements — even needle-phobic patients rave about her.
How often can I come in?+
Minimum 24 hours between sessions, maximum 3 sessions in a 7-day period. Most members come in 2–4 times per month.
Do you take insurance?+
IV therapy is currently a cash-pay service. We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and cash. Membership plans offer the best value for frequent visitors.
