First visit · Anthem, AZ

Your first visit,
start to finish.

Never had an IV drip before? Good. Most of our first-timers hadn't either. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you walk in, so nothing is a surprise. It's calm, it's quick, and it's run by people who've spent their careers taking care of others.

Walk-ins welcome · Mon–Sat · 9am–6pm

Step by step

Six simple steps.

From the front door to back out into your day. This is the whole thing.

1
Step 1

Walk in, or book ahead.

Walk-ins are genuinely welcome. Swing by during clinic hours and we'll get you settled. Prefer a set time? Book online in about a minute and pick the slot that fits your day. Either way, there's no long wait and no pressure to decide before you arrive.

Step 2

A quick health intake.

First-timers fill out a short health history: current medications, allergies, and anything relevant, like pregnancy, kidney or heart conditions, or G6PD deficiency. It takes a few minutes, and it's how we keep your drip safe rather than one-size-fits-all. Bring your medication list and it goes even faster.

Step 3

A physician-reviewed protocol.

Every treatment and dose is reviewed and supervised by a Board Certified Emergency Physician, not a med-spa checklist. For your first visit we include a telehealth consult before anything runs, so your protocol is cleared for you specifically. If something isn't right for you, we'll say so.

Step 4

Meet September.

September Clark, U.S. Navy veteran and expert IV nurse, places your line. Clients say she makes the needle almost disappear and the whole room slow down. You'll get a recliner, a blanket if you want one, and someone who treats you like a neighbor, not a chart.

Calm, unhurried, veteran-run care
5
Step 5

The drip itself.

Once the line's in, you relax. Most IV drips take about 30–60 minutes depending on what you're getting. You might feel a cool sensation as fluids start, a brief vitamin taste, or a little warmth. All of it is normal. Bring a book, scroll your phone, or just close your eyes and let it work.

Typically 30–60 minutes

Step 6

Aftercare & payment.

September removes the line, you sit for a moment, and you're free to go. Most people head right back to their day. We'll go over simple aftercare (hydrate, eat normally, take it easy if it was a big drip). Then you settle up: cash, card, HSA, or FSA all work.

If you're nervous

You're in good hands.

First time in a medical chair can feel like a lot. It shouldn't here.

No pressure to commit.

Try a single drip. Memberships exist, but nobody will push one on you.

Honest about fit.

If IV therapy isn't right for you today, we'll tell you. That's what the physician review is for.

You set the pace.

Questions welcome at any point. September would rather you understand your drip than rush through it.

IV vitamin therapy is a wellness service provided under medical supervision. It is not FDA-approved to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and is not a substitute for medical care. Possible side effects include mild bruising or soreness at the IV site, a brief vitamin taste, and transient warmth or flushing; severe reactions are very uncommon. Always disclose your full medical history before treatment.

Ready when you are.

Book your first drip, or just walk in. Questions before you come? Call (623) 282-1201. September or Tom will pick up.
