For the fog that coffee can't fix
IV therapy for energy and focus in Phoenix, AZ.
If your energy problem were solvable with another cup of coffee, you would have solved it by now. Caffeine borrows energy. NAD+ works further upstream: it is the coenzyme your cells use to turn food into usable energy in the first place, and your natural levels decline with age and stress.
Our NAD+ infusion is $150, runs under physician-reviewed protocols, and most clients build a series of visits rather than a one-off. Ask us about pacing when you come in.
Upstream of caffeine
Why NAD+ is different from a stimulant.
It does not push your nervous system harder. It supports the machinery that makes energy in the first place.
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every living cell. Your mitochondria need it to convert nutrients into ATP, the energy currency your brain and muscles actually spend. Research shows NAD+ levels decline as we age, which is one reason 'tired all the time' creeps up on people in their 30s and 40s even when nothing else changed.
Delivering NAD+ by IV puts it directly into circulation at levels oral supplements struggle to match. Clients report sharper focus, cleaner and steadier energy, and less of the 2pm fog, typically building over a short series of infusions rather than a single visit. It is a wellness protocol, not a treatment for any condition, and we will always tell you what it realistically can and cannot do before you commit to a series.
Cellular, not chemical
NAD+ supports mitochondrial energy production itself, rather than masking fatigue with stimulation you pay back later.
Builds over a series
Most clients start with weekly infusions, then space visits out as they learn how their body responds. We will help you pace it.
Physician-reviewed
Every NAD+ protocol we run is reviewed and authorized by a Board Certified Emergency Physician, with infusion rates set for comfort.
The matching drip
NAD+, the cellular energy infusion.
Slow-dripped for comfort, paired with B-complex, and priced to make a real series affordable.
The go-to
NAD+
What’s in it: NAD+ coenzyme infused slowly in a saline base, with B-complex support.
The upstream option for people whose fatigue is cellular, not situational. Sharper focus and steadier energy are the two things clients report most.
The alternative
Myers Cocktail
What’s in it: B-complex, B12, Vitamin C, magnesium, and calcium in a full IV bag.
If your fatigue reads more like depletion than fog, the Myers covers hydration plus the B vitamins and magnesium that steady energy depends on.

Straight answers
Energy & Focus questions, answered honestly.
Veteran-owned means we tell you the truth, including what a drip can't do.
How many NAD+ infusions do I need before I notice anything?
Some clients notice sharper focus after the first infusion; for most, the effect builds over three to four visits spaced about a week apart, then holds with occasional maintenance infusions. We will never sell you a giant package up front. Start with one at $150, see how you respond, and build from there.
Does an NAD+ drip feel like anything while it runs?
NAD+ is infused slowly on purpose. Run too fast it can cause temporary flushing or a tight-chest sensation, so our nurse sets a comfortable rate and adjusts it with you in the chair. Plan for a longer, relaxed visit: heated massage chair, your podcast, no rush.
Is NAD+ a treatment for fatigue or brain fog?
No. NAD+ IV therapy is a wellness service under medical supervision, not an FDA-approved treatment for any medical condition. If fatigue is disrupting your life, it is worth raising with your doctor, because things like thyroid function and sleep disorders deserve a real workup. What we offer is well-researched cellular support, delivered properly and supervised by a physician.
NAD+ or a Myers Cocktail for energy?
Rule of thumb: if the problem is mental fog and energy that fades no matter how you sleep, start with NAD+. If the problem feels like depletion, meaning you are run down, stressed, maybe fighting something off, the Myers Cocktail's B vitamins, Vitamin C, and magnesium are the better first stop. Tell us your situation at check-in and we will point you honestly.
